It only took 5 months!

Paperwork pretty much complete.  We will be sending out the remaining CA documents to the Secretary of State of CA this coming week to get them Apostilled and we also have to send our I-800A application to US Citizenship and Immigration Office, which is a whole new fun project I will get it done this week.  When we receive everything back, we will send all of our paperwork to the Agency where they will in turn send it to Poland.  Once paperwork is received in Poland, we will keep you posted as to when we will be heading there.

  1. I'm confused. Do you already have a referral? How do you know it will be a few months for your first trip?

  2. I am basing this information on other people who have been through this process from poland. I do not have a referral, but thanks for asking.

  3. I remember that fabulouos feeling when we turned our dossier over for good. Congratulations on almost being finished with this first major part. You are right, it does seem like people are getting referrals a bit more quckly that they used to. I hope it will be the same for you. Good luck.

  7. It can be nice to get all your work done and have the ball in the other court. Other times it feels a lot out of your control. We understand. We have been waiting about 4.5 months now.
